MAY 2007

Selby Canine Society - 6th May 2007

Papplewick Perfect Pitch (Kaspa) gained 1st place in Puppy Class and was awarded Best Puppy in Breed. The judge was Pauline Sidgwick (Paulian Kennel). Well done to his owner Ann Stevenson.

Ripon & District Limit Show - 8th May 2007

There was just an Open Class for Papillons and Kaspa gained 1st place and Best of Breed - congratulations again to Ann. The judge was Kevan Berry (Ricksbury Kennel).

 

Birmingham National Championship Show - 11 May 2007

Jaffa gained 5th place in Junior Dog. The judge was Dr Andreas Schemel.

Papillon Club of Scotland Championship Show - 19th May 2007

Lottie gained 1st place in Postgraduate Bitch. The judge was Rosemary Ayris (Ibstock Papillons).









Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show - 20th May 2007

Jaffa gained 1st place in Junior Dog. Amy was awarded 5th place in Puppy Bitch and Lottie gained 4th place in Postgraduate Dog. Kaspa (Papplewick Perfect Pitch) was entered in Puppy Dog where he gained 2nd place. This qualifies him for Crufts 2008. Congratulations and thanks to his owner Ann. The judge was Sue Terry (Shimeesha Kennel).

Bath Championship Show - 25th May 2007

Jaffa was entered in Junior Dog and was awarded 2nd place. Remy was entered in in a large Limit Dog class. He managed to get shorlisted for the line up but did not get a place today. Amy was in her first Junior Bitch class was gained a fantastic 1st place and Lottie followed suit by gaining 1st place in Postgraduate Bitch.

In the Bitch Challenge both girls went really well and Lottie did us so proud by being awarded the Reserve Bitch CC. This is the first time any of our dogs have won such any award. Many thanks to judge Ann Richardson (Belvane Papillons) for making this a day to remember.


JUNE 2007

Ripon Open Show - 3rd June 2007

More show news for Kaspa - 2nd place in Puppy Class under judge Michael Gaunt (Bigglesmere Kennel).

Beverley & District Canine Society - 9th June 2007

Kaspa does it again!! He was entered in Junior Class as there was no Puppy Class. He gained 1st place, and was awarded Best Puppy in Breed. Later he went Reserve Best of Breed. The judge was Patricia Clayton. Well done Kaspa & Ann (again).

Border Union Championship Show - 17th June 2007

Jaffa gained 3rd place in Junior Dog. Lottie was entered in Postgraduate Bitch and was awarded a fantastic 1st place. Kaspa was shwoing again today and he gained 5th place in Minor Puppy Dog. The judge was all-rounder Annette Oliver-Wyles.

Blackpool Championship Show - 22nd June 2007

We had a very enjoyable day at Blackpool where the judge was Jean Banfield of the Kingshaven Papillons. Jaffa was in Junior Dog and he gained 4th place. Amy was awarded 3rd place in Junior Bitch and then Lottie gained 1st place in Postgraduate Bitch.

The Papplewick puppies were also at the show. Papplewick Perfect Pitch and his litter brother Papplewick Par Excellence were both in the MInor Puppy Dog class. They gained 4th and 5th places respectively. Well done to their owners Ann Stevenson (Kaspa) and Irene Reid, Winterwings Papillons (Bobby).
